* The Magic Marker - Created different variations of this surfboard with many of the local Trestle's & Strand"s rippers. We ended up with such a functionally power driven union between the outline, rocker, bottom contour & the fin placement my test pilots named it the "Magic Marker"! This surf board allows quick turns in the pocket & heaps of projection to boost! It is a squash tail thruster but works fantastic as a wing swallow as well. I take the dimensions of the customers favorite daily driver, equate what the volume of that comes out to & step it down about three inches, add a little width to the nose & a little thickness over all to maintain the volume of your daily driver. In addition I have started using the super light & flexing Phantom surfboard foam from Hurley to create one of the lightest & flexible surfboards on the market. This is a very custom surfboard tailored to the individual.... that's what I just did for Jordy Smith and I'd love to do one for you as well!

Jerry O'Keefe currently shapes for a number of surfboard companies such as Dewey Weber & Hurley; as well as, his own label Soul Stix! Jerry O'keefe currently uses two shaping options. His boards are either shaped totally by hand or he can utilize his CAD design, CNC state of the art shaping machine the APS3000 (see video). This state of the art machinery offers precision dimensions & the opportunity to recreate your favorite surfboard. The APS3000 (see video) provides cutting services as well as design & shaping, it is currently being utilized by Superstix, Hamish Graham, Dewey Weber, Lost, Hurley & Soul Stix. Giant surf board manufacturers such as Al Marrick, . . . Lost surfboards & others begin the process of building surfboards with super surf board blanks that Jerry O'Keefe designed.
